X Production Co. is a video production and marketing agency producing work for nonprofit, brand, education, and entertainment clients across the Jewish world and beyond. Elazar joined as Video Producer and Business Developer in April 2021 and served through October 2024, by which point his title had changed to Senior Video Producer and Business Developer.
The role was a hybrid: producing video work across formats while owning client cultivation, pitch development, and the company's business pipeline. Projects ranged from social spots to multi-day commercial shoots, with budgets up to $75,000.
